Due West, S.C. – Junior Corin Hallman (Mt. Pleasant, SC, Wando High School) has been selected as the NCAA Division II Conference Carolinas Women’s Tennis Player of the Week during week three of the 2012 – 2013 Tennis season according to a recent announcement by the conference office.

Hallman led the Flying Fleet to a pair of 9-0 conference wins by winning all four of her matches, including an 8-4 victory over #10 regionally ranked Queens doubles pair Christina Rustcheff and Erin Williams. Hallman proceed to beat Rustcheff 6-3, 6-3 at #1 singles as Erskine beat Queens 9-0. Against Converse, Hallman cruised in her two matches winning 8-5 at #1 doubles and 6-1, 6-1 at #1 singles.

With a win earlier this week, Erskine now stands at 3-2 overall and 2-0 in conference.
