Following a 3-point basket by Sorrell to open the second half, King captured the lead for the first time on two 3-point baskets by Jason Seymore and Michael Fortune.

Erskine recaptured the lead midway through the half on a 3-point shot by Haslam and rebuilt their double-digit lead to win 90 to 80.
