Florence, SC - Francis Marion defeated Erskine 2-1 Thursday night in non-conference men's soccer action.

The Patriots took an early 2-0 lead in the first half.  Gaberiele Lanzani would score on an assist by Louis Gueye and Niqell Dematas in the 71st minute to cut the lead in half, but it would not be enough for the Fleet.
