Due West, SC – Erskine outlasted Flagler 1-0 Thursday night to open up the 2016 season.

At the 47:59 mark in the second half, Daniel Jonna would take a pass from Jesse Foreman and blast it into the goal to break a scoreless tie and give Erskine a 1-0 lead over Flagler.  The Fleet would hold off the Saints late push and Martin Arias would collect three saves to record his first shut out.
