Fleet Sweep Emmanuel

Due West, SC – Taylor Payne laid down a squeeze bunt in the bottom of the seventh of game one to score the winning run and giver Erskine a 2-1 win over Emmanuel.  The Fleet would win game two by the exact same score to sweep the Lions.
 
Game One
Brittany Rhinehardt was 2-3 with a run scored and Reagan Davis was 1-2 with an RBI.  Lydia Trexler added a double and Sydney Smith and Baylee Browning each had a single.  Samantha Schmindt (7-9) picked up the win, allowing just two hits in three scoreless innings of relief. 
 
Game Two
Trexler led the Fleet in game two with two hits, while Brittany Reynolds had a double.  Davis added another single and Rhinehardt drove in one run.  Schmidt (8-9) got her second win of the day allowing one unearned run on seven hits and striking out four in a complete game performance.
