Due West, SC - Erskine College softball coach Alleen Hawkins announced the addition of Clinton High School's Makayla Pearson for next years team.

Makayla is a utility player with mostly infield experience. "I am looking forward to working with Makayla and seeing where she fits into our program and philosophy. She is a great student and has a great personality. Talking to her, she was very impressive in her drive to be a total team player and every coach needs someone like that on their team. I expect her to be a great asset to our program," said Hawkins.
