Erskine College Athletics

Thomas Holland returned to Erskine College in February 2025 as Associate Athletic Director for NCAA Compliance and External Relations. An Erskine alumnus, Holland previously spent more than two decades with the Flying Fleet in a variety of roles, including Director of Baseball Operations and Associate Athletic Director for Media Relations and External Affairs. In those positions, he led athletic communications efforts, coordinated student-athlete financial aid processes, and managed key external engagement initiatives. 

Before returning to Erskine, Holland served in athletic communications leadership roles at Newberry College and Lander University. At Lander, he helped guide the department's digital communications strategy and was a member of the staff recognized as the 2022-23 Peach Belt Conference Sports Information Staff of the Year.

Holland earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Erskine College in 2000 and a Master of Science in College Athletic Administration from Coker College in 2016. He and his wife, Tara, reside in Powdersville, South Carolina
